This 30 page guide is for those of you who want to grow those glutes AND upper body. We will be doing a 4 day split with an optional 5th day of glutes/abs. The workouts are split up into 2 upper body days and 3 lower body days. Whether you are cutting, bulking, maintaining, or going through a body recomp, it’s designed to build muscle while we focus on getting stronger at those lifts.
